Who is responsible

Amura Ventures SL, operator of The Jury, is the data controller. Questions, deletion requests, access requests, corrections, objections, and consent withdrawals can be sent to [email protected].

Cases and operations

When you file a case we process the public product URL, product name, pitch, optional X handle, and your email. For a re-trial, you can also submit an optional public note about what changed. We send that note to every juror as context and publish it with that review; it is not scoring evidence, so do not include private information. The public fields, captured landing-page screenshot, and verdict become the case record. Your email is never published; it is used for the verdict, receipt, and private manage link. Standard security and service logs are kept for 30 days.

Stripe processes payments and Brevo sends transactional email. Your card details never reach The Jury. Case processing is necessary to provide the service you request; the public docket and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interests.

Optional analytics

Analytics are off until you explicitly accept them. With consent, Splendorize acts as our analytics processor for public pages. It receives page-view and route information, referrer host and campaign categories, coarse device, viewport, country and language signals, performance measurements, public-page structure, and bounded interaction signals such as CTA views/clicks, scrolling, and form start or submit events. Filing values, form-field values, email addresses, case-management tokens, /m/pages, and admin pages are excluded.

If accepted, Splendorize stores pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers in this browser using local storage, session storage, and first-party cookies. These identify a browser, not a named person. Page-intelligence evidence and associated analytics are retained for at least 180 days where applicable so trends and recommendations can be measured consistently.

We may publish a restricted aggregate dashboard containing page-view totals, trends, acquisition categories, and coarse audience breakdowns. Low-volume breakdowns are hidden. It never contains private identifiers, filing content, revenue, conversions, or recommendations, and its public link can be revoked.

Splendorize and its infrastructure subprocessors may process this information outside your country, including outside the EEA or UK, using applicable contractual and legal transfer safeguards. Neither The Jury nor Splendorize sells this data or uses it for cross-site advertising.

You can reject analytics on first visit or withdraw later below. Withdrawal clears Splendorize-owned browser identifiers and reloads the page without the analytics SDK; it does not retroactively erase lawful aggregate records already created. Email us to exercise deletion or other data-protection rights.

Case deletion

Delist a case from its private manage link or email us. Delisted and abandoned case evidence is erased within 30 days, subject to limited payment, fraud-prevention, legal, and backup obligations.
